He said that it is better to wet it before brushing. But you have to do this before applying toothpaste. Dr. Abhishek says that if you wash the brush with water before brushing then it is a good practice. Because by doing this the dirt or dust on the brush gets washed away. Apart from this, by doing this, the bristles of the brush also become soft, due to which the teeth are cleaned better and they do not stick to the gums as much.
How much paste should be applied on the brush >
This is also a big question. People often apply a lot of paste on their toothbrush and think that this will clean their teeth properly. However, it is not like that. Applying too much paste can cause oral problems. Experts say that while brushing, you should apply only a pea-sized amount of paste on your toothbrush.
